Saint Paul's Lutheran Church - Severe Weather Action Plan (SWAP) Shelter
Provides a winter shelter on cold nights from December 1 through March 31.
Eligibility: To have access to the shelter program, you must be:
A) Adults age 18 and older
B) Experiencing homelessness

Intake Procedure: Call 717-448-8850 OR 717-249-1009 Ext. 2221 to confirm space. Must complete the registration form daily and pre-register each day by 2:00pm. Doors open at 8:30pm (no arrivals after 9:30pm unless prearranged for work purposes only) and Exit is 7:00am.

Helpful Tips: Coffee and light refreshments provided. The following items are not permitted in the shelter: Weapons, Illegal Drugs, and Alcohol. ALL BAGS will be searched and stored in a locked room for security during the night.
