C) Have a current mortgage loan for a housing unit in Cumberland County, PA
D) Cannot have received any other financial assistance with regard to the specific unit's mortgage
E) Income Limits - Family Size and Maximum Income:
1 Person - $47,600/year
2 Person - $54,400/year
3 Person - $61,200/year
4 Person - $68,000/year
5 Person - $37,450/year
6 Person - $78,900/year
7 Person - $84,350/year
8 Person - $89,800/year
