Supportive Services for Veteran Families
Provides services for preventing homelessness, and improving stability for veterans.
Eligibility: A) Must be a veteran or veteran family with a veteran at the head of the household, excluding those who have a dishonorable discharge
B) Very low-income: Gross household income must not exceed 50% of the median income guidelines
C) Must be homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless (must have a formal eviction notice)
D) Must have at least one day of active duty to qualify for SSVF funding
E) Photo ID, copy of DDo214 or VA medical card, proof of income, social security cards and birth certificates for all family members to be served, any lease/rental statement, past due notices, utility bills
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
