Intake Requirements: A) Age and income documentation for TAP and SCSEPPA Driver's License or PA ID
B) Social Security Card
C) Financial Documentation - last 12 months of income (wages, food stamps, unemployment, etc.)
D) Spouse's income documentation for the last 12 months (if applicable)
E) Veteran's status (if applicable)
F) PA CareerLink Registration
G) Resume
H) Voided check for direct deposit
