Promotes public awareness, education, and training about sickle cell disease. Offers client health advocacy, comprehensive psychosocial assessments, individual counseling, testing, social work, case management, and other supports.
Eligibility: Serves individuals who have sickle cell disease or sickle cell traits, their families, and caregivers.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
