St Luke's Behavioral Health Bethlehem - Innovations Partial Hospitalization Bethlehem
The Innovations Program is a short-term partial hospitalization program for adults experiencing behavioral health issues. It is offered as an alternative to hospitalization or as a transitional step-down from an inpatient setting. A dual diagnosis track assists individuals who have both mental health and substance abuse concerns. The senior track is for individuals who are experiencing issues related to aging.
Eligibility: Adults experiencing mental or behavioral health issues
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 7:00pm; Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
