A 200 one-bedroom apartments for low to moderate-income residents, 62 years of age or older, as well as income qualified persons younger than 62 who are on disability. All applicants must be self-sufficient as Cedarview does not provide medical or personal care services. Two year waiting list for those over 62 and five year waiting list for those under 62.



APPRISE (Medicare/Medicaid Assistance) available the second Wednesday, 11:00am to 1:00pm.
Eligibility: Seniors ages 60 or older or disabled persons under 60
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
