Encourages small business growth, neighborhood commercial development and creation of an open space network in the Southside of Bethlehem. Commercial facade loan program helps business owners on the Southside of Bethlehem improve the appearance of their storefronts.

19-week "Start your own business" courses are offered at the CADC of Bethlehem and at the CADC of Allentown. $75 fee is reimbursed upon successful completion of course. Technical assistance is also available for small businesses looking to expand.
