Valley Youth House - Reservoir - West Chester - Supervised Independent Living (SIL) - West Chester
Provides supervised housing/residential transitional living services to older adolescents in care of the child welfare or juvenile justice system.
Services include:
- Community group living
- Life skills (individual/group training)
- Assistance for developing and completing and individual plan for independence and permanency
- Individual apartments
- Provide case management services
Eligibility: Individuals age 16 to 20 who are under the care and custody of a county child welfare agency; Not actively suicidal, homicidal, active substance abusing or in need of in-patient services
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
