Valley Youth House - Chester County - Chester County Supportive Housing Program
Provides services to older homeless adolescents, including rent assistance and assistance in developing an individual plan for independence.
Eligibility: Individuals experiencing homelessness age 18 to 21 formally under care and custody of a County Child Welfare agency or Juvenile Justice Agency.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
