Valley Youth House - Philadelphia - Synergy Project
Provides a street outreach program designed to help runaway, homeless, nomadic and street youth in Bucks County, Philadelphia, Allentown, and Dauphin County. The program offers survival supplies (food, clothes, hygienic products, sleeping bags, tents, tarps, etc.), peer support, informal counseling (individual, family, or group), information and referral services and assistance to get off the streets, if desired.
Eligibility: Must be Runaway or homeless youth aged 18 to 24 living on the street or out of a family home.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
