Valley Youth House - Monroe/Luzerne County Office - Luzerne County Rapid ReHousing (RRH)
Provides rental assistance and supportive services to homeless families in Luzerne County. Services include:
- Rental assistance
- Assistance with mainstream benefits qualification and application
- Case management
- Transportation assistance
- Employment assistance
- Referral/linkage to other community resources/services
Eligibility: Individuals age 18 to 24; Literally homeless, staying on the street or at a shelter; Voluntary Entry; Not in the custody of Children, Youth and Families or Juvenile Probation Office
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
