Valley Youth House - Monroe/Luzerne County Office - Luzerne County Supervised Independent Living Programs (LC-SIL)
Provides supervised housing/residential transitional living services to older adolescents in care of the child welfare or juvenile justice system.

Services include:

- Community group living

- Life skills (individual/group training)

- Individual therapy (additional per diem)

- Summer education: cultural and recreational events focusing on life skills development

- Also offers (supervised independent living) single apartments
Eligibility: Youth age 16 to 21 under care and custody of a county child welfare or juvenile justice agency; Not actively suicidal, homicidal, active substance abusing or in need of in-patient services
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
