Valley Youth House - Bensalem - Bucks County Supervised Independent Living (SIL)
Provides supervised housing/residential transitional living services to older adolescents' in care of the child welfare system.
Services include:
- Single scattered-site apartments
- Life skills counseling
- Funds for apartment furnishings
- Funds for Cable/Internet/Phone
- Monthly bus pass or gas card
- Weekly food funds
- Cultural and recreational events
Eligibility: Individuals age 18 to 20 under care and custody of a county child welfare agency; Not actively suicidal, homicidal, active substance abusing or in need of in-patient services.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
