Intake Procedure:
Visit the website and complete the referral form appropriate for
client's county of residence. Call or email for more information.
Intake Requirements:
Written recommendation from a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist,
medical doctor (MD), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
(CRNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) within the last 60 days that
provides a diagnosis
Geographical Area:
Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties
Helpful Tips:
Clients must be willing to commit to meeting the CPS one to two
hours minimum per week.
Young adults with a drug and/or alcohol disorder diagnosis only are not eligible.
