Administrative Office - Audubon - Intensive Behavioral Health Services
Provides interventions and supports for children, youth, or young adults ages 21 and under with mental health, emotional, or behavioral needs. Collaborate with youth, families, and caregivers across settings to develop and implement goals and interventions through an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). Helps youth and caregivers to utilize learned skills to increase their ability to function socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in their natural environments.
Eligibility: Children, youth, and young adults ages 21 and under who reside in Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties and are covered by Medicaid (Medical Assistance)
