- Use log to track anger episodes.
- Learn relaxation techniques.
- Discuss history of violence in family.
- Assess possibility of depression.
- Assess need for drug and/or alcohol treatment.
- Become aware of coping style.
- Learn effective communication skills.
- Learn to take responsibility for own behavior.
