Offers a home visiting program to assist parents in understanding their child’s development and encourages the use of activities that promote healthy growth in language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills. Parent educators deliver services through personal visits, group connections, developmental screenings and a resource network.
Eligibility: Pregnant women and families in Montgomery County
with children from birth through age six or enrolled in kindergarten
