Project HEARTH (Helping Elderly Adults Remain in Their Homes) has been carefully designed to promote the emotional well-being of elderly adults in the community by providing them with special support services to help them remain independent.

Professional counselors assist seniors in dealing with:
- Grief
- Loss
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Chronic illness coping skills
- Relationships
Eligibility: Age 60+ and living in Montgomery County
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
