Social Assistance staff work with clients who need one-time or short term help in a crisis. These services include:

t. Some clients need more intensive, long term assistance to achieve personal and financial stability. These clients are referred to a case manager, who helps them develop goal plans and works closely with them to ensure their success in accomplishing their goals.
