Allentown - Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
Provides services to veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and/or lacking the resources for housing stability. Through the development of a service plan, assistance is provided with rent, utilities, emergency support, moving expenses, education, transportation and/or child care. Also networks with Veterans Affairs, churches and community groups to provide additional supports, benefits and services for Veterans and their families.
Eligibility: Homeless or near homeless low-income Veterans and their household family members.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Intake Requirements: Drivers license or state ID, Veterans ID, Form DD214, Social Security card, birth certificate, signed lease agreement, eviction notice, proof of income.
