Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Berks County.
Services include:
* Assist a household that cannot otherwise be diverted or prevented from homelessness connect with the shelter that best fits the household's needs and goals.
* Assist persons experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized
Eligibility: Individuals and family at risk of homelessness; Individuals or families experiencing homelessness
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Fee Amounts: Services are free of charge
Intake Procedure: Call 211 or 855-567-5341 for pre-screening and referral Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00 or call BCEH at 610 372-7222 Walk-ins can come to 600 Penn Street, Reading, 8:00am to 2:00pm for an appointment.

If caller does not have a phone, they should call BCEH when they have access, and leave a message for Tracey at ext 4.
