West Chester - Whole Home Repairs Program
Assists eligible low- and moderate-income Chester County homeowners in making critical repairs so their homes are habitable, safe, accessible, and healthy. The total amount of financial assistance an eligible household may receive is limited to less than $25,000.
Eligibility: Chester County homeowners; Household income 80% or less of the total area median income; Property taxes must be current.

Intake Procedure: Visit the website to download and print an intake application, or call to request a copy be mailed to you. Complete the intake application and return via US Mail to GW-WHRP, PO Box 1441, Coatesville, PA 19320; or by email to WHRP@goodworksinc.org.
Intake Requirements: Proof of ownership of a residential dwelling
Geographical Area: Chester County
Helpful Tips: Priority will be given to those households meeting at least one of the following criteria: Proof of disability requiring accessibility modifications; Repair requests addressing code violations; Repair requests relating directly to the health and safety of the dwelling.
