The obudsman program investigates and resolves complaints made on behalf of older individuals living in long term care facilities
Eligibility: Adults age 60 or older who live in nursing homes, personal care homes, domiciliary homes, or who receive long-term care services.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
