Norristown - ZZZ Seasonal - Housing Choice Voucher Program
Allows eligible participants who receive vouchers to search for their own housing. The individual or family pays a portion of the rent based on a percentage of their monthly income and the remaining housing subsidy is paid directly to the landlord by MCHA on behalf of the family.
Eligibility: Family income must fall at or below 80% of median income for the area.
