Provides wraparound services for any child or adolescent with a medical diagnosis. Trained staff provide support to children diagnosed with the following:
autism
, behavioral health issues
, developmental delays, mental illness
, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Eligibility: Children and adolescents under the age of 21 with a medical diagnosis presenting with a social, emotional, or behavioral issue that substantially interferes with their functioning.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
