Wilkes Barre - Dental Clinic
Provides dental services including initial exams, X-rays, cleanings, restorations, and extractions, dentures, orail hygiene education and oral scancer screenings. Healthy smile program providing education to children on healthy oral hygiene. Dental evaluation to pre-school children including program bags with tooth paste and tooth brushes.
Eligibility: Must live or work in Luzerne County. Must be employed, temporarily receiving unemployment benefits or actively looking for work. Must not have private insurance, or federally funded insurances such as Medicaid. Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty guidelines. The dental clinic offers services to patients starting at children throughout adulthood.
Hours: By appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Intake Requirements: Patients must provide proof of identity, proof of work status and household income (recent pay stubs, a recent W-2 form, or an employer's verification of wage) and proof of residence, recent tax return.
