Offers a spay/neuter assistance program for low income households in Luzerne County. The Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is funded entirely by private donations to assist with the cost of spay/neuter surgeries for owned cats, which is where the need is greatest.
Eligibility: Residents of Luzerne County and low income.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am and 5:00pm
