Infant Development Program
Home Service Project
Supports and promotes the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, by providing advocacy services in their home environment. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse and in the eligible persons home environment. The PA Elks Nurse can access needs and help access equipment, provide in-home medical case management, assist with finding activities and supports within the community.
Eligibility: Residents of Clinton County. An individual of any age who has a development disability is eligible to receive this service.
