Provides parents with education that will increase their own literacy skills while equipping them to be effective as their children's first and most important teacher.
Eligibility: Low-income families with young children (birth through third grade) that also have one parent with basic skills needs.
Hours: ALTA Office : Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
