Offers a home-based program that provides comprehensive education, health, nutrition, and social services based on the individual needs of the family. Home visitors, called Family Partners, make weekly home visits to provide services designed to enhance the child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Also coordinates monthly play groups.
Eligibility: Pregnant mothers and families with children from birth to age 3. Residents of Bradford and Tioga counties.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
