Offers peer-led confidential mental health support group, recovery focused support group, family support groups and education programs; online and in-person. Also offers information about community resources.
Eligibility: Anyone who has been impacted by mental illness is welcome to the support groups. The education programs are available to anyone with an interest in better understanding mental illness and mental health.
