Lewisburg - Sexually Transmitted Disease Treatment
Offering free treatment for both males and females who test positive for syphilis, gonorrhea or chlamydia is available through Family Planning's STD Program. Individuals testing positive for HIV will receive counseling to help them access available medical care, support services, and treatment. External genital wart treatments are available to both men and women for a small fee. Prescriptions are written for other types of sexually transmitted infections and vaginal infections.

All services confidential.
Eligibility: Family Planning serves individuals of all ages and incomes.
Hours: Mondays through Wednesday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Fee Amounts: Fees are based on household size and gross (before taxes) household income. Some individuals qualify for free services and most qualify for discounted services.
