Administers both a public housing and Section 8 housing voucher program. The housing authority owns and manages 3 projects which contain 299 affordable rental units. It also administers 347 Section 8 housing vouchers.
Eligibility: Low-income families, the elderly and persons with disabilities.
Eligibility is based on annual gross income and family size and is limited to U.S.
Citizens and specified categories of non-citizens who have eligible immigration status
Call for current income limits.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Applications: Wednesday, 9:00am to 11:30am; 1:00pm to 3:00pm
