Community Shelter
Community rehousing program for single men and single women, 18 years and older, as well as 3 family units Program is generally for up to 90 days. Guests will receive case management for ensuring their transition from homelessness into permanent housing. Guests are required to complete a Housing Stabilization Plan and participate in the following services, 1) Life skill Classes, 2) Guests Meetings and 3) Case management meetings.
Eligibility: Homeless single male 18 years and older.
Homeless single female 18 years and older.
Married couples and families with children.
Hours: 24 Hour Shelter. Shelter will accept people until 10:00pm if openings are available

Intake Procedure: Call 570-421-3050 to schedule intake interview.
Intake Requirements: Anybody applying for services, 18 yrs and older, must have a valid State Issued ID if no license. Children, 17 yrs and below with a parents, must submit social security card or birth certificate. Applicants must pass a mandatory drug test and are subject to random drug screenings during their stay.
