Milford - Mortgage Assistance Program
Provides a Mortgage Assistance Program for homeowners with low to moderate income, who are behind in mortgage payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible applicants will receive up to three (3) months of assistance with mortgage payments.
Eligibility: Must be a resident of Pike County, be behind in mortgage payments due to COVID-19 pandemic and have income less than 80% of the area median-up to $63,100 for a family of four.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
