Provides low cost eye wear at reasonable cost. This service does not include contact lenses.
Eligibility: Income eligible residents that do not have insurance covering eye care/wear.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm

Intake Requirements: Application, proof of income for all members of the household (including cash assistance and SNAP benefits), current eyeglass prescription (can't be more than 2 years old.)
