Towanda - Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 2)
Provides emergency rental assistance to households who have a verifiable financial hardship that is occurring due to or during the public health emergency. The hardship must put household at risk of homelessness or housing instability.
Eligibility: Tenants (not homeowners) who meet the income guidelines for household size for Bradford County (80%AMI). Charts
available in application packet.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Once application is received, someone will reach out to schedule an appointment for follow up.
Intake Requirements: Completed application including documents to verify financial hardship and income eligibility. Can download a copy of the application from website. Mail or drop off application.
