Homeless Assistance Program
Provides emergency shelter, rental assistance, and case management.
Eligibility: Individuals/families who become homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Income guidelines apply and other restrictions may apply. Households must be able to work with other agencies as a condition of receiving assistance. Call for more information.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Last appointment is at 3:00pm). Closed major holidays.

Fee Amounts: Service free of charge.
Intake Procedure: Call 211 for a free confidential referral.
Intake Requirements: Must have Notice to Quit/Eviction paperwork. Please call for more information. Be prepared to provide half of your own funding from either organizations or yourself, show proof of income from the past 30 days, Photo IDs, and Social Security cards for each household member.
