Monroe County Habitat for Humanity
Home Preservation Services
Provides home repair services to homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes. Includes painting, landscaping, weatherization, new windows, roof replacement, water heater, and minor repair services to preserve home exteriors and revitalize neighborhoods. Utilizes volunteer labor and donated materials to keep costs low. Offers an affordable loan to the homeowner to cover the cost of the work.
Eligibility: Must meet the income requirements, be up to date on mortgage, taxes, and homeowner's insurance. Must have owned your home in Monroe County for at least two years.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or by appointment.
