Community Services Offices - Housing Counseling Program
Offers a comprehensive housing counseling program. Provides housing assessment and case management to create an action plan to resolve the housing crisis. Offers a one-time budgeting and financial management workshop. Counselors can assist with apartment searching, applying to subsidized or public housing, and communicating with landlords. Depending on eligibility, can sometimes offer rental assistance to prevent or resolve a housing crisis.
Eligibility: Community members who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or looking to improve their current housing situation.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call for appointment.
Intake Requirements: Photo ID, Social Security cards for all household members, proof of homelessness or risk of homelessness (letter from homeless shelter, eviction notice, letter from domestic violence service provider, letter from agency sponsoring hotel stay, etc), proof of income and public benefits.
