Centre Square East - Early Learning Program
Provides books, educational toys, and twice-weekly home visits from Early Learning Specialists over the two-year program cycle. Connects families to other needed supports, including housing, medical, and educational services. Program graduates also receive assistance with enrolling in preschool programs.
Eligibility: Families with Children ages 16 months - 2 years old & children that will turn three after September 1st residing in North, West and South/Southwest Philadelphia

Families that qualify for free and reduced lunch
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; Home visits conducted at family's convenience.
