A pardon is a powerful tool for people who deserve a second chance. In Pennsylvania, the pardon process is free and more accessible than ever before. The Program was created to help individuals with a criminal record in their community move forward in their lives.
Eligibility:
Individuals must have a criminal record in the state of PA, and
have completed their sentence, including probation/parole.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
