Philadelphia - Umoja Youth Peace Corps
Provides an after-school program that emphasizes the value of human life. Program cohorts run 12 weeks. Activities include training in influencer leadership, communication, study skills, career development, mental and physical wellness, entrepreneurship, and blockchain basics. Also includes dog training and art therapy involving painting, audio and video production, and performance. Each session begins with a meal, whoosah, and a "how was your day" check-in.
Eligibility: Youth ages 14 to 18 who live or attend school in the 19th Philadelphia Police District
Hours: Program Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm to 5:30pm

Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday, 11:00am to 2:00pm
