Meal Delivery Program
Prepares and delivers meals to registered clients daily. Meets Department of Aging and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) nutrition requirements. Can prepare meals to suit specific dietary and health requirements.
Eligibility: Adults 18+ who have functional impairment
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Eligible clients may receive free meals through Department of Aging. Accepts OBRA and Home and Community Based Services waivers. Insurance plans may include free meals. Meal plans available for self-paying clients.
Intake Procedure: Call to request meal delivery or for more information.
Geographical Area: Primarily services Germantown and North, South, and Southwest Philadelphia. Serves other areas of Philadelphia County as needed.
