Adult Day Care Center
Provides an adult day care center with medical staff on-site. Services include assistance with daily living activities, medication assistance, therapeutic activities, community outings, and social services. Serves full breakfast and lunch and nutritional snacks. Provides free transportation to and from the center. Activities include bingo, Bible study, arts and crafts, cooking class, gardening, yoga, movies, weekly outings, and more.
Eligibility: Adults 18 and older who have functional impairment and are in need of services, are able to be transported to the center and are in need of a structured program
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Accepts Home and Community Based Services waivers, VA, and PCA Options Program.
Private pay fee is $75 per day.
Intake Procedure: Call to arrange a visit and request free transportation.
Geographical Area: Primarily serves Germantown North, South, and Southwest Philadelphia. Serves other areas of Philadelphia as needed.
