Offers psychiatric and outpatient counseling services. E.F.F.O.R.T.S. (Empowering Families For Opportunities, Resources, Transitions & Success) is a comprehensive family based service for families identified by Carbon County Children and Youth Services.
Eligibility: Individuals age 6 and older
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm; other hours may be available by request.
