BARC provides early intervention and early childhood services for infants, toddlers and preschoolers who are referred by either a local base service unit (birth through three) or the Bucks County Intermediate Unit (ages three through five), in home, community and classroom based programs

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
