BEBASHI - Transition to Hope
Clinic for Health Screening/Diagnostic Services
Provides clinic with confidential and anonymous testing and counseling for HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), pregnancy, and Hepatitis C. Also provides primary care, family planning services, general health screenings, and at-home HIV testing kits.
Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older; at-home testing kits can only be sent to Philadelphia residents
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm
