Provides cooking training to low-income men and women and prepares them for employment in a commercial kitchen. Offers exposure to guest chefs, catering opportunities and off-site internships, as well as additional support through life skills preparation.
Eligibility: Low income individuals.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
